Baumgartner, manifestando sorpresa por la publicación en el diario El Plata con su opinión sobre su estudio titulado “Jurisdicción sobre el Rio de la Plata”. Además de reiterarle su interés por la crítica que le había prometido desde el año anterior y le agradece sus elogiosos comentarios.
Se adjunta:
Carta de Luis M. Baumgartner (21 de diciembre de 1954), en la que anuncia que en el próximo enero realizará un comentario sobre la obra “Jurisdicción sobre el Rio de la Plata”.
Carta del mismo remitente (13 de abril de 1955), donde le solicita revisar un artículo publicado en el diario “El Plata”.
