Solicita se le informe sobre posibilidades de obtener trabajo en el Uruguay y, con cuáles asistencias podrían contar los Inmigrantes italianos, a fin de establecer si es posible la inmigración de grandes grupos de trabajadores agrícolas y albañiles.
Respuesta del 14 de junio de 1923, acusando recibo. En repuesta a su solicitud, manifiesta que el Uruguay tiene las puertas abiertas para todo elemento de trabajo, especialmente para el agriculor.
