Nota del Sr. Carlos M.ª Gurméndez, manifestando que presentó un escrito al Ministerio de la Guerra solicitando, en primer lugar, la intervención del Veterinario Sr. Amaro, con el objetivo de facilitar a la Comisión datos técnicos sobre el producto "Vigorina".
