Original de la carta enviada al Dr. Nilo R. Berchesi (Ex ministro de Hacienda) de parte de José Serrato referente a la Memoria del Ministerio de Hacienda correspondiente al año 1950. Se adjunta el artículo de la Revista Unión Industrial de Mayo de 1951 en el que se publicó posteriormente.
Acompañan dos recortes de prensa; uno del periódico El Día, titulado "Del Ing. Serrato al Dr. Berchesi” de fecha 07 de Abril de 1951 y otro del periódico Acción, titulado “Sobre la memoria del Ministerio de Hacienda. Opinión del Ing. José Serrato”, de fecha 05 de Abril de 1951.
