Mediante carta enviada al Sr. Presidente de la República, el ciudadano Arturo Cano Larrosa de la Ciudad de Minas , manifiesta su deseo de colaborar con el programa de gobierno. En tal sentido, recomienda al Sr. Lorenzo Ventura quien, de acuerdo a lo expresado:" fue perseguido en la Jefatura de Policía de este Departamento...por haber sostenido inalterable su hornadez de conducta".
Con fecha 13 de diciembre, el Sr. Secretario José M. Comas Nin, acusa recibo y se le informa que se ha tomado nota de lo expresado en la carta.
